Since 1985, Southern California attorney Eugene Feldman has been helping people with disabilities vindicate their rights under the law. Gene’s areas of practice include workplace disability discrimination and reasonable accommodation; and discrimination, access issues, and ADA compliance in public areas, including government entities and public accommodations.
As a person with cerebral palsy, Gene understands firsthand the challenges people with disabilities face in a world that sometimes discriminates against or fails to accommodate them. As an attorney, he understands the laws and regulations impacting people with disabilities, and has the experience needed defend those rights in state and federal courts and before government agencies such as the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Eugene Feldman has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) since 1994. He has appeared in commercials, movies, and on TV. He is also a member of the Performers With Disabilities (PWD), a committee within SAG striving to bring visibility to the struggles faced everyday by Americans with disabilities.
